provided, delivery, set up and strike times, contracts, payment schedules and
dress code; create event timelines for all event details including safety
concerns, service levels and financial considerations; secure all event staff;
send vendor confirmations; conduct site visits, as needed, with you and
vendors to review event expectations for successful event execution; anticipate
your needs and suggest extra touches to make your event special and
communicate frequently with you all event details.
Ensuring Event Success
Handle all last minute details and changes and communicate those with you,
vendors and staff; on-site management setting and striking of event according to
contract; manage staff and service levels of all suppliers; manage event
timelines to ensure budgets are maintained; document all program additions
made on-site by you if applicable; audit all vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
and completeness; fulfill all vendor payments according to contract; provide
detailed invoice to you of event charges; enable you to evaluate our team and vendors.
